Today we are going to move to directing EST thought energy inward. This is what Psychics do, and is how you let the world speak to you.

OK, so once again, I can’t stress enough that the entire process relies on your own ability to control your mind. In order to allow the world to speak to you, you must learn to let your conscious thoughts and mind go. Our ESP and Telepathy Binaural Beats will help you along your way and save months, if not years, of intense practice.

Lets start by taking the time to clear your mind and meditate. If you have a copy of our ESP or Telepathy Binaural Recording, take the time to tune your brain into these frequencies.

Now, let’s start with a simple, but effective exercise.  Simply close your eyes, and ask the world a question. When you ask this question, don’t focus on correct wording, but visually picture your question. Use your inner thought ability to perfectly describe your question with thought.  Remember, the English language is made from humans, and the world speaks in different tongues.

Now that you have asked your question, clear your mind and allow the world to send you an answer. The answer probably will not come in the form of words, but as symbols. Let your brain process thoughts freely, and do not intentionally concentrate or hang onto any one thought. Let the thoughts enter, and roll away.

After 5-10 minutes of free thinking, get up and write these symbols and feelings down. If is easy to forget parts of your experience, so you should be diligent in getting your experiences on paper as quickly as you can following your session. Don’t interrupt your session to write them down, but when your free flow session is over, don’t hesitate either.

Okay, so we already covered how to visualize this PSI energy forming, and how to propel it outwards. Now it’s time to construct an Energy Wheel or Psychic Device. For this, all you will need is 2 tooth picks (or matches), a sewing needle, and some thread. Access to water and a microwave is also handy.

Pretty much, all we are going to do is cross the tooth picks, stick a needle through them to hold them together, and thread the needle. This will create a hanging cross that we will attempt to move with our mind and thought power. For a pictured illustration and instructions how to make the Psychic Device, see the Psychic Device Instruction Page. It’s easy to make, and you should have all the materials laying around.

Now that you have your psychic device, lets get going and try to produce some physical psychic happenings. The object is to visualize your hands, form the PSI Energy Ball as discussed in the last newsletter, and propel the energy ball at the tooth pick cross. The ultimate result we are reaching for is to physically see the tooth pick cross move from your projected energy.

I suggest you start by visualizing the entire process first, than move onto actually attempting to display physical powers. As a review, the first step is to reach an Altered Conscious State where you can direct your thoughts outward. If you already picked up a copy of our ESP Binaural Beat, now’s the time to use it. Put on your headphones, reach the ESP Frequencies, and visualize the entire process of Creating a PSI Energy Ball and using it to spin the Psychic Device. Visualize and feel the energy.

Once you did that, take off the headphones, and repeat the process physically. Rub your hands together, create the ball, and project it at the Psychic Device. You may or may not see it move, but if it doesn’t work, don’t be discouraged. If it was easy to acquire these powers, there would be no satisfaction and it wouldn’t be paranormal

If you are not having much luck with the PSI Ball technique, another widely practiced method is to allow the energy to coat your hand like a glove. Instead of forming an Energy Ball, allow the energy to engulf around your hands. The energy should form a thick mitten surrounding your entire hands. When you are able to visualize an energy mitten, cup your hands around the tooth pick cross and only allow the energy field to make contact with the cross. Move your hands around the tooth pick cross while allowing the energy mitten to make contact with the hanging cross.

There’s no single way or method that will work for everyone. You must channel your inner energy and learn to project it outward. It may take time and practice to see results, but there are many documented cases of people displaying these powers. Don’t let negative energy or doubt enter your mind at any time during your learning process. If you believe, you shall achieve.

We are going to talk about PSI Balls. A PSI Ball is basically a ball of energy that your brain forms in your hands, which you can send outward or use to accomplish tasks. Many Wicca’s, Spiritualists, and Telekinesis practitioners use PSI Balls for great benefit. The art of using PSI Balls can be used for any purpose, but shows extreme success in propelling energy outwards.

Okay, onto the Practices:

This practice comes in two parts. The first part is all mental. The entire practice should first be played through your mind only with no physical action. After you complete the mind visualization, you can awake from your mind programming session, and try the exact same exercise with your physical body.

Mental Practicing

To create a PSI Ball, first you must build your inner energy up and focus your energy on a single point. A strong technique to accomplish this is to close your eyes and meditate for a bit. Focus and picture your hands in front of you. With your eyes closed, actually see your hands, see the creases and lines, see your skin pigment, and notice the small details that make your hands unique.

Once you have a vivid visualization of your own hands, think of yourself rubbing them together for about  30 seconds. Feel the friction with your mind, feel the heat build up, and feel the power being produced. This should all be thought, and you should not actually be moving your physical hands. Your body should be still and relaxed, and your visualization should be strong.

Now with your mind, picture yourself opening your hands as you were receiving a gift. Focus your thoughts into the middle of your hands, and mentally extract the surrounding power from your hands. Let this power group together in the center of your palms. Using thought, form and shape this power into a ball of light. Let your mind dictate the color and size of the ball.

Now that you are visualizing a ball of power in your hands, propel this PSI Ball outward away from your body by throwing it. Not like throwing an overhead fastball, but by gracefully lopping it in the direction you want.

Watch as the PSI Ball of power leaves your hands and drifts quickly towards a solid object. When the Energy Ball makes contact with a solid object, visualize the power silently exploding and breaking into a million small specks of light. Watch as the light disperses and disappears.

With practice, you should be able to see the entire process vividly and perfectly.

Physical Practicing

When you awaken from your Altered State of Consciousness in which you just performed the mental practices, immediately open your hands in front of yourself and repeat the practice with your eyes open and with physical actions.

You must learn to visualize with your eyes open and control what happens in your eyes. Physically rub your hands together, watch the energy form into a ball, and fling the energy ball at the wall. Watch the energy disperse as it makes contact with the wall.

The Purpose And Uses Of PSI Balls

When you have mastered the use of PSI Balls, the energy you created can be directed and altered to accomplish any task you want. You can send this energy to heal, you can send it to move an object, or you can just send love.

In the next article, I am going to give you directions how to create a device at home which you can direct this PSI Energy towards and see physical results. Most times acquiring these abilities does not happen overnight, and may take months (sometimes even years) to achieve. These powers can be achieved quickly with proper practice, and by entering the proper brain state.

The Proper Brain State

The frequencies which your brain is operating is the key factor for developing Brain Powers. The human brain is not naturally tuned to use nor accept these powers, but the power is within all of us. You can achieve results just using your inner brain power, but altering your brain’s frequencies with Binaural Beats speeds up the process dramatically.

You can achieve the same results with intense meditation, but it takes much longer and is not nearly as effective for beginners. I strongly recommend that you pick up a copy of our ESP recording and use it during the mental aspect of these practices.
