A human aura is the reflection of life energies within a human body. A persons health, mental status, and emotions are all presented within their aura, along with disease and illness. The Unexplainable Store has a recording designed to help you reach the correct mind frame for viewing these auras. I suggest picking up a copy.

The human aura starts with etheric aura. This is a thin band that surrounds the body. The etheric aura is usually no more than half an inch around and pale in color. It’s also referred to the sheath or energy body which is around the body or close to the skin.

The main aura looks like layered bands. Almost like whispy spaghetti draped over the body, but curvy and vibrant. These energy bands are emmited from the chakras. Pure energy from the Earth is drawn up into a person, and the chakras transform the colors and energy fields. The strength of the aura is determined by the person’s energy, life style, and nature. A person’s aura is also sensitive to light. The aura can intensify, expand, or react to light. The aura also reacts to different surrounding colors.

When trying to see an aura, clothing will disrupt the true colors. It is impossible to get a true aura reading through clothing. For example, a person wearing a blue shirt will have an overly yellow saturated aura. this is because the Aura reacts with the blue and yellow is the outcome. For best practices, it is recommended to view someone with little clothing.

When a person is in the process of dying, the aura shows it. A dying person usually has a bluish aura with silver sparks. Their energy field grows near death and the aura expands.

How To view Auras

All objects have auras and the easiest ones to see are blue and red objects. So get yourself a red or blue shirt and hang it a few feet away from you. Make sure the shirt is hung in front of a plain background. Now position yourself between 2 feet and 5 feet away from the shirt. Move closer and further to find the perfect distance.

Dim the lights, turn off the TV, and draw the shades. Remember, light will affect the aura, so the room needs to be dim, but have enough light to clearly see the object. Make sure there is no reflections from mirrors or nearby metal.

Start by staring past the shirt. Let the corner of the shirt be visible through the corner of your eye. Try to look past the shirt, not focusing on the shirt itself, but aware it is there. Once you got the idea, it’s time to start.

If you have a copy of the Aura Viewing recording, sit upright and play the recording. As soon as you start to relax, take a few deep breaths. Now begin to look at the edge of the shirt (like your looking past it). Don’t focus on the shirt, but let your mind go into a haze. This is most comparable to day dreaming.

Don’t force yourself not to blink. When you have to blink, let it happen naturally. you don’t want your eyes to get dry or irritated.

You should soon start to see a light colored (pale like) surrounding. If you hold on to that mind frame and continue your session, the pale aura will start to become enhanced and take a color. If you chose a blue shirt, you should start to see a yellow aura.

You can practice with both colors to start. A red shirt and a blue shirt. The blue shirt will have a yellow aura, and the red shirt will have a green aura. Once you have success seeing the two color auras, you can incorporate more colors into your practices. Experiment with different colors, and even group colors together. This will allow you to see how different colors affect each other and cause aura differences.

Viewing Living Auras

Everything living has an aura. Plants, animals, and humans. If you were able to see the aura or basic colors, you WILL be able to see human auras also. The practice isn’t much different, but may be a little harder to see.  In the next email we will discuss how to view the auras of plants, animals, and humans.

Take a deck of playing cards, and take out the face cards, 10’s, and aces. You should have 20 cards.  4 kings, 4 queens, 4 jacks, 4 Aces, and 4 10’s.  shuffle these 20 cards up, and lay one on the table at a time.

Before you predict what the card is, take the time to meditate and release your conscious mind. If you have the ESP Binaural Recording, use it now. Put on your headphones, and allow your thoughts to melt away. Now that your mind is in the right state, ask the question as outlined in the past newsletter, ask the question.  “What is the value of the card in front of me?”.

Let your brain think freely, and allow the symbols to enter your brain. Don’t expect to see a vivid picture of a Queen, but perhaps the symbol of a flower. Once the world sends you a symbol, make the connection. A flower is a feminine object, so the card must be a Queen!

The key is not to force your mind to picture an exact image out of 5 choices, but to allow your brain to present the answer in the symbolic way nature dictates.

After you complete the first card, put the card back into the deck and reshuffle them. Your odds will be 20% every draw, and you can keep track of your progress over a long period of time. The goal is to see an upward percentage spiral over time.

Don’t over do it with 1 session! The common misconception is “The More I Practice, The Better I Get”. In this circumstance, this is not the case. Over practicing will cause the brain to lock, as these abilities need to be acquired over time. I would suggest predicting about 4-5 cards at one sitting.

Take your time predicting. Don’t rush your thoughts, but allow your brain to come up with the answer on it’s own terms. It can literally take 20+ minutes per guess. Speed and accuracy will come with proper practice.

After each prediction, you should clear your mind again, and start the process over. All these techniques are new to your mind, and your brain will need to adjust to this new way of thinking. If you have a copy of our ESP Binaural Beat, I recommend using it just prior to making a prediction. It will assist in tuning your brain to direct thought inward.

Today we are going to move to directing EST thought energy inward. This is what Psychics do, and is how you let the world speak to you.

OK, so once again, I can’t stress enough that the entire process relies on your own ability to control your mind. In order to allow the world to speak to you, you must learn to let your conscious thoughts and mind go. Our ESP and Telepathy Binaural Beats will help you along your way and save months, if not years, of intense practice.

Lets start by taking the time to clear your mind and meditate. If you have a copy of our ESP or Telepathy Binaural Recording, take the time to tune your brain into these frequencies.

Now, let’s start with a simple, but effective exercise.  Simply close your eyes, and ask the world a question. When you ask this question, don’t focus on correct wording, but visually picture your question. Use your inner thought ability to perfectly describe your question with thought.  Remember, the English language is made from humans, and the world speaks in different tongues.

Now that you have asked your question, clear your mind and allow the world to send you an answer. The answer probably will not come in the form of words, but as symbols. Let your brain process thoughts freely, and do not intentionally concentrate or hang onto any one thought. Let the thoughts enter, and roll away.

After 5-10 minutes of free thinking, get up and write these symbols and feelings down. If is easy to forget parts of your experience, so you should be diligent in getting your experiences on paper as quickly as you can following your session. Don’t interrupt your session to write them down, but when your free flow session is over, don’t hesitate either.

The government uses psychics and remote viewers, the CIA uses them, and the FBI has been known to crack cases with the help of psychics. Psychic powers do in-fact exist, and we all have the ability to develop them.

Many of the same principles of Manifestation will apply in our Psychic and ESP hints and tips. First and foremost you must be in the right mind frame to learn. Your conscious mind has to be put aside and your subconscious mind needs to lead. Mastering the brain frequencies to separate your conscious thoughts from your subconscious thoughts is the hardest part. To help you with this, we have developed an ESP Enhancement recording. Once you are in the right mind frame, the first step is to clear your mind. You must let go of all thoughts, questions, and concerns. Think of nothing. Psychic notions come from unexplained means, not from your brain leading your thoughts. You don’t want your thoughts to lead your brain.

Now that your mind is clear, it’s time to practice the bi-directional flow of thought. ESP energy works 2 ways. Outward flow and Inward flow. You should know the difference and be comfortable activating each of the processes.

Outward ESP Energy Flow- This is when you project your thoughts outward. Your thought energy you project interacts with outside energy and can cause paranormal happenings. An example of this is the “Energy Wheel”. An energy wheel is a device that is made which users can control with their mind. By simply projecting thought at the wheel, users can make the wheel spin, stop, and change directions. There will be more articles about Energy Wheels in the future.

Inward ESP Energy Flow- Inward energy flow is the opposite. This is when outside energy is perceived by our minds. Examples of this are predicting the face value of a playing card, psychic readings, and such.

It is important to understand both of these energy flows because they are the base foundation of thought flow. Take the time to practice both Inward and Outward thinking. The more you practice, the more accustomed you will become to the feelings.
